ACOUSTI-MAT II
The ultimate sound deadening UL listed system, Acousti-Mat is
the cost-effective solution to "noise" complaints, even with ceramic
and wood floors. The system actually isolates sound waves,
reducing transmission of impact and airbourne sound up to one half.

ENKANSONIC
Creating sound-rated floors with the high IIC and STC level
required by ICBO, UBC and FHA for luxury developments,
Enkansonic is a durable and proven solution - the only mat that has
been tested after 10 years of use. (Enkasonic retained 97% of
original thickness, was a pliable as a new roll, and performed
equally to newly manufactured roll.) It increases IIC and STC
levels up to 12 points over wood frame, and IIC up to 20 points
over concrete.

ACOUSTI MAT 3
is the sound deadening solution for floor systems that have been
impossible to control! Now you can put an end to those "noise"
complaints - even with open beam, concrete slab and conventional
wood frame systems. Acousti-Mat® 3consists of a nylon core of
fused, entangled filaments attached to a non-woven fabric, similar
to Maxxon's Acousti-Mat II, only three times thicker. It's a proven
fact that larger the air space, the greater the sound control -
and this system creates the largest air void of any sound control
mat. The results - up to an additional 5 db improvement in impact
noise control, over the already high control provided by
Acousti-Mat II. This is a 15 IIC (impact noise) rating point
improvement over a conventional wood frame construction! And 10
points represents a doubling of performance and would sound
twice as good to the human ear. The additional mass of the floor
system also increases the STC (airborne noise) rating.

ACOUSTI-MAT® CLP
A unique blend of polymeric fibers of various shapes and sizes, this
product is a proprietary mix designed to provide excellent
reductions in sound transmission and sound reflection. The mat is
bound together through a blend of polymer adhesives, which
provide a tough durable mat with water repellant features.
The Acousti-Mat CLP system can meet the 50 IIC sound control
rating required by the International Building Code, before any floor
goods are installed. The Acousti-Mat CLP is attached to the
concrete subfloor, then topped witha Maxxon Underlayment. The
Acousti-Mat CLP is permanently encased in the underlayment, so
when the floor goods are changed, the sound control system
remains intact.
